• Fail to pay for services

2.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Flowguard (Verotel), our trusted payment processor.

• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the selected amount
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment information is encrypted and secure
• We do not store your full credit card details

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months

2.4 Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect:

• Contact us within 30 days of the charge
• Provide your Flowguard reference number
• Describe the issue in detail
• We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days

4.1 Creator Content

Creators are solely responsible for their content. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes violence or hatred
• Involves minors in any way
• Contains malware or harmful code

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without authorization
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with platform operation or security
• Share account credentials with others

4.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of their content, but grant us a license to display and distribute it through our platform.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBunny and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third parties, including creators
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

6.3 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (payment processors, hosting, etc.). We are not responsible for their actions, failures, or breaches. Review their terms and policies independently.

8.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8.3 Arbitration (if applicable)

For international users, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
